scription of characteristics and application fields: the alloy is solid solution strengthening of tungsten, molybdenum and boron, cerium zirconium, nickel base alloy strengthening grain boundary, high plasticity, high durable creep strength, and good oxidation and stamping, welding performance. Its comprehensive performance is superior to the similar GH3044 and GH3536 nickel-based solid gold amalgamation. Applicable to manufacturing under 950 ℃, use for a long time work of aeroengine combustor flame tube, afterburner shell, regulation and other high temperature components.
GH3128合金钢特性及应用领域概述:该合金是以钨、钼固溶强化并用硼、铈、锆强化晶界的镍基合金,具有高的塑性、较高的持久蠕变强度以及良好的搞氧化性和冲压、焊接性能。其综合性能优于GH3044和GH3536等同类镍基固溶合金。适用于制造在950℃
下长期使用工作的航空发动机的燃烧室火焰筒、加力燃烧室壳体、调节片及其他高温零部件。
GH3128工艺性能与要求:
1、钢锭锻造时装炉温度不高于700℃,终锻温度大于900℃。
2、该合金的晶粒度平均尺寸与锻件的变形程度、终锻温度密切相关。
3、合金可以用氩弧焊、点焊、缝焊等方法焊接。
