比例阀采用阀芯+阀体结构。伺服阀和伺服比例阀主要应用在闭环控制系统,比例阀的驱动装置是比例电磁铁。
伺服阀的驱动装置是力马达或力矩马达.阀体兼作阀套。
驱动装置不同.所以近些年出现了比例伺服阀。
比例阀一般最高几十Hz,伺服阀中位没有死区,伺服阀对液压油液的要求更高.性能参数不同;否则容易堵塞,
用来控制流量和流向,比例阀要求低一些.比例阀有中位死区;
比例阀和伺服阀的区别主要体现在以下几点:
逐渐向伺服阀靠近,
比例换向阀属于比例阀的一种,滞环、中位死区、频宽、过滤精度等特性不同.阀的额定压降不同;比例换向阀具有与普通换向阀相似的中位机能,
而比例伺服阀性能介于伺服阀和比例阀之间,因此应用场合不同,伺服阀和伺服比例阀采用阀芯+阀套的结构。中位机能种类不同.其它结构的比例阀主要应用在开环控系统及闭环速度控制系统;因为比例阀的性能越来越好;2伺服阀的频响(响应频率)更高。阀芯结构及加工精度不同.伺服阀与比例阀之间的差别并没有严格的规定。
,可以高达200Hz左右,需要精过滤才行,而伺服阀中位机能只有O型(Rexroth产品的E型)。

力士乐齿轮泵 齿轮泵是依靠泵缸与啮合齿轮间所形成的工作容积变化和移动来输送液体或使之增压的回转泵。由两个齿轮、泵体与前后盖组成两个封闭空间,当齿轮转动时,齿轮脱开侧的空间的体积从小变大,形成真空,将液体吸入,齿轮啮合侧的空间的体积从大变小,而将液体挤入管路中去。吸入腔与排出腔是靠两个齿轮的啮合线来隔开的。齿轮泵的排出口的压力完全取决于泵出处阻力的大小。
最基本形式就是两个尺寸相同的齿轮在一个紧密配合的壳体内相互
啮合旋转,这个壳体的内部类似“8”字形,两个齿轮装在里面,齿轮的外径及两侧与壳体紧密配合。来自于挤出机的物料在吸入口进入两个齿轮中间,并充满这一空间,随着齿的旋转沿壳体运动,最后在两齿啮合时排出。
齿轮泵也叫正排量装置,即像一个缸筒内的活塞,当一个齿进入另一个齿的流体空间时,液体就被机械性地挤排出来。因为液体是不可压缩的,所以液体和齿就不能在同一时间占据同一空间,这样,液体就被排除了。由于齿的不断啮合,这一现象就连续在发生,因而也就在泵的出口提供了一个连续排除量,泵每转一转,排出的量是一样的。随着驱动轴的不间断地旋转,泵也就不间断地排出流体。泵的流量直接与泵的转速有关。
液压站又称液压泵站,是独立的液压装置,它按驱动装置(主机)要求供油,并控制油流的方 向、压力和流量,它适用于主机与液压装置可分离的各种液压机械下。 用户购买后只要将液压站与 主机上的执行机构(油缸和油马达)用油管相连,液压机械即可实现各种规定的动作、工作循环。
液压站[The hydraulic pressure stands ]液压站是由液压泵、驱动用电动机、油箱、溢流阀等构成的液压源装置或包括控制阀在内的液压装置。按驱动装置要求的流向、压力和流量供油,适用于驱动装置与液压站分离的各种机械上,将液压站与驱动装置(油缸或马达)用油管相连,液压系统既可实现各种规定的动作。工作原理:电机带动油泵工作提供压力源,通过集成块、液压阀等对驱动装置(油缸或马达)进行方向、压力、流量的调节和控制,实现各种规定动作。

REXRTOH气缸,力士乐单作用气缸两个的区别就是一个带弹簧,一个不带弹簧。图里面的有两个气体管路,下面是动作原理:
2 h3 X1 D% ^# c. J( r压缩空气从气口(B)进入气缸两活塞(C)之间中腔时,使两活塞分离向气缸两端方向移动,迫使两端的弹簧压缩,两端气腔的空气通过气口(A)排出,同时使两活塞(C)的齿条同步带动输出轴(D)(齿轮)逆时针方向旋转90度。在压缩空经过电磁阀换向后,气缸的两活塞在弹簧的弹力下向中间方向移动,中间气腔的空气从气口(B)排出,同时使两活塞(C)的齿条同步带动输出轴(D)(齿轮)顺时针方向旋转90度。可以从两端调整微量角度,松动螺母(E)用内六角扳手拧动调节螺栓(F)调整所需角度, 锁紧螺母(E)。

力士乐柱塞泵根据倾斜元件的不同,有斜盘式和斜轴式两种。斜盘式是斜盘相对回转的缸体有一倾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往复运动。传动轴轴线和缸体轴线是一致的。这种结构较简单,转速较高
,但工作条件要求高,柱塞端部与斜盘的接触部往往是薄弱环节。斜轴式的斜盘轴线与传动轴轴线是一致的。它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体
的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。
轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高,价格较贵。
轴向柱塞泵一般用于机床、冶金、锻压、矿山及起重机械的液压传动系统中,特别广泛地应用于大功率的液压传动系统中。为了提高效率,在应轴向柱塞泵一般都由缸体、配油盘、柱塞和斜盘等主要零
件组成。缸体内有多个柱塞,柱塞是轴向排列的,即柱塞的中心线平行于传动轴的轴线,因此称它为轴向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往复式柱塞泵,因为它的柱塞不仅在泵缸内做往复运动,而且柱塞和泵缸
与斜盘相对有旋转运动。柱塞以一球形端头与斜盘接触。在配油盘上有高低压月形沟槽,它们彼此由隔墙隔开,保证一定的密封性,它们分别与泵的进油口和出油口连通。斜盘的轴线与缸体轴线之间有
一倾斜角度。
